Practice Guideline for Parents & Dancers !!

It is essential to the dancer's progress to include home practice time. With busy family lifestyles it takes some organization by the parent and dancer to ensure that practice time is part of the dancer's schedule.

Generally, for every hour of instruction (highland, stretch & strengthen, ballet) at the studio, there should be an hour of home practice on a weekly basis.

Primary Dancer - 20 minutes 3X weekly
Beginner/Novice - 30 minutes 3X weekly
Intermediate/Premier - 1 hour 3X weekly

Championship - 1 hour 5X weekly
